- Recruiting/Onboarding/Training: Recruit and onboard new interpreters and translators. Add new linguists to the system and manage their accounts and project associations. Train new linguists on using the project and other communication tools.- Interpreter Project Coordination: Manage consecutive and simultaneous interpretation projects.

- Recruiting and New Hire Training/Onboarding: Recruit native speakers of over 30 languages to support the growing client needs. - Performance Management: Manage performance management system, coordinate feedback and annual review meetings.- Resource/Vendor Coordination: Recommend internal and external resource allocation solutions to support client projects.- Create and update existing HR documentation: Job descriptions, training/mentoring materials, performance forms.

- Review technical documentation translated from English into Romanian and German. - Adhere to documented quality standards, style guides and client-specific requirements.- Submit and track mistakes using defect tracking softwares.

- Teach German language courses (beginner and intermediate level).- Prepare lesson plans, assign/review homework and quizzes. - Design audio-visual and web-based teaching materials.- Record students’ progress and share the status/learning goals. - Evaluate performance during final written and spoken exams.
