Coordinates all aspects of the Stamford Partnership’s responsibilities as part of the State of Connecticut’s Strengthening Sectoral Partnerships Initiative (SSPI), funded by the federal American Rescue Plan Good Jobs Challenge (GJC) project administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Economic Development Administration (EDA). This Initiative aims to train and place hundreds of area workers in quality jobs in Connecticut’s technology sector. The Stamford Partnership is a convener of the Southwest Connecticut Tech- and Data-Enabled Regional Sector Partnership (RSP), which aims to strengthen the tech community in Southwest Connecticut.

The Director is the strategic position at the college responsible for non-credit and community service programs. This position directs part-time and full-time program coordinators, part-time faculty, and clerical support personnel in conducting research and needs assessment, program, and instructional design, curriculum development, program implementation, and assessment of the quality of courses, workshops, seminars, and other forms of credit-free instruction and training at a community college.
