I used to be a professional in the financial sector, I am now driven by the desire to make companies more human and inclusive. For 11 years, I have too often found that the human element was sidelined as irrelevant when it came to economic performance. Yet, I was convinced that by developing caring leadership practices, the company and its employees would find more meaning, well-being and performance. Based on these observations and on my demanding professional experience, I dared to change and opted for a professional reconversion that we be more in line with my values and based on solid theoretical and practical foundations.Holder of an MBA, certified coach and sworn mediator, I am helping for nearly 10 years business leaders, entrepreneurs and executives of private and public organizations to improve their performance and develop their potential. Through workshops, team coaching and training, I work every day to create links, meaning and communication to help professionals repair, build and move forward.
