Agenda Antártica is a non-governmental organization dedicated to preserving the natural environment and promoting peace in Antarctica and the Southern Ocean. We support research on polar affairs and foster cooperation and education to benefit future generations. Instructor in Course on Globalization.

A collection of scientific studies, in three volumes, aiming to analyze different dimensions of social inequality under different approaches and areas of knowledge. Book I will present works on inequality in the city of Curitiba; Book II will deal with aspects of inequality in the state of Paraná; Book III will address national aspects of inequality.

Raiz Nova is a NGO headquartered in Curitiba (Brazil), whose purpose is to contribute to the preservation and recovery of the environment, through actions focused on sustainability and education, through the implementation of agroforestry and meliponiculture activities. Our projects are developed in partnership with public and private schools and institutions, with the direct participation of students, teachers and families from the community.

I implemented and coordinated the Brazilian Studies Program at Victoria University, Wellington, New Zealand. Moreover, I functioned as a member of the academic committee and co-organizer of the 10th International Biannual Conference of AILASA (Association of Iberian and Latin American Studies of Australasia) at Victoria University, Wellington, New Zealand; with 100 attendees.

I contributed to the institutional strength of the Argentinean Council for International Relations (CARI) and counselled CARI on an internal re-structure and fund raising strategy, by designing and presenting a 5-year plan.

When functioned as Chief of the Cabinet of Advisors and Director of Mercosur at Government of the Province of Buenos Aires I played a key role in the interface with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, foreign Embassies, Chambers of Commerce, Industry Associations (local and foreign), and international aid agencies. I also channeled, developed and promoted international aid projects with foreign governmental agencies; created a professional communication platform increasing the accessibility to the projects by 50%.

Facilitated seminars on an annual basis on culture and history.Coordinated fine arts exhibitions, film cycles, literary events and other cultural activities.

Managed the international trade and aid areas (trained, scheduled and supervised a team of 15 advisors), successfully built a strong team spirit;Played a key role in the interface with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, foreign Embassies, Chambers of Commerce, Industry Associations (local and foreign), and international aid agencies.Served as liaison member on regulation on trade barriers and access to international markets, affecting the interest of Provincial small and medium enterprises.Recognized for developing a solid reputation for the Cabinet with national and foreign governments and institutions.Channeled, developed and promoted international aid projects with foreign governmental agencies; created a professional communication platform increasing the accessibility to the projects by 50%;Initiated, developed and consolidated the Area of Mercosul (Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina), supporting the Provincial Government’s efforts to improve bilateral relations with the other State members.Served as primary liaison to the Brazilian Embassy; implemented a series of periodical meetings at Governor Level and maintained ongoing relationships with the other Mercosul States Embassies, bilateral Chambers of Commerce and Federations of Small and Medium Business.Orchestrated several communication and business development efforts providing substantial support to small and medium-sized companies’ growth (estimated 10%)Researched and monitored potential areas for international aid and trade partnership, developed an online tool; displayed resourceful information enabling medium-sized companies to better target regional and international markets.Recommended policy changes to improve access to international markets for medium-sized businesses.Served as adviser member and supervisor on trade missions overseas.
