As a Manufacturing Engineering Technician, I lead, coach and provide training and certifications to facilitate continuous improvement and maintain a team of highly qualified technicians. I create technical specification procedures to ensure all personnel performs required tasks in a consistent manner, according to the highest quality and safety standards that conform to the core values of Intel Corporation. In addition, I customized and maintain a web based training system to ensure all procedures and resources are easily accessible from any location were work is performed.I work with the Lithography Process Engineering group to develop and execute process improvement projects. I provide two-way communication between Engineering and manufacturing technicians, and provide Engineering judgement and guidance during weekends and night shifts to enable continuous execution required by a 24x7 organization. I use SQL, JMP, SPC, and other quality control and data analysis systems to review process data, perform necessary adjustments, maintenance, and repairs on manufacturing equipment, or request and manage resources to ensure all process parameters remain within target limits.I also perform material qualification procedures to ensure all new materials meet required quality standards before they are used in the manufacturing process.
