Each day I multitask by routing calls to appropriate staff, helping solve clients concerns, emailing 100's of invoices per week, mailing via UPS or by Courier, looking up inspection dates for clients with inspector's names and cell numbers, emailing inspection letters, updating and maintaining multiple lists, greeting various people at reception, scheduling meetings and decorating for various holidays. It's always a busy day!
