I think there is no better way to learn things than doing them yourself. That is why, for several years, even working within a company, I do freelance work that take me out of my comfort zone and help me to use what I learned in company. This also means that when working as a team I have a greater understanding of the roles of my colleagues, and I try to facilitate their work as much as possible.Tools: Development of web pages, from chat with the client through static mockups, inclusion of branding in all aspects of the site, use of variable data via php and mysql, custom developments or via cms (Wordpress / Joomla / OpenCart), SEO considerations (goals, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixels) from the moment of site planning, generation of images and illustrations, html templates for personalized emails, Integrations with email Marketing, etc. Use of HTML 5 (structures, new entities in forms) and CSS 3 (animations, effects, etc). Animations and functionalities in JavaScript and jQuery in the frontend part and AJAX for a more user friendly interaction. Not only design and work so that the client gets what he expects, but I go further and try to impose it on the web looking for ways to position it and make it known as much as possible. Design and maintenance of current institutional web sites for multiple countries. Design of landing pages and ads for social networks (statics, animated and video ads).

I use daily HTML 5, CSS3, jQuery, GIT, and Sass, in a Bigcommerce plus NODEJS environment for the site's e-commerce and Foundation for the development of email templates (about two or three per month). I am in charge of developing the emails both in aesthetics and in the code using the Klaviyo platform to send them and foundation for development. I work, too, on the current company's web site and its redesign.
