Together with the CX team, I am responsible for leading insights for the Net Promoter Score (NPS) customer satisfaction program for Visma Software AB´s product lines in Sweden. Since 2020, I have been working with various product lines within Visma Software AB as well as collaborating with all partner lines. My mission is to coordinate data and insights from both internal and external survey sources, such as SalesForce, InMoment, and Google Looker Studio.My responsibilities include implementing the NPS program and providing support to the product lines within Visma Software AB. By analyzing and interpreting the results from our surveys, we aim to achieve the highest possible NPS in the market. This entails continuously identifying areas for improvement and initiating new customer satisfaction programs to strengthen our offerings in growing markets and in partnership with our associates.My work involves close collaboration with different departments within the company, as well as building strong relationships with our partners to ensure that customer satisfaction remains a focal point at all levels. By understanding our customers needs and preferences, we can shape our operations in a way that enhances customer loyalty and fosters long-term success for Visma Software AB.I am passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and look forward to driving our NPS strategy forward to strengthen Visma Software AB's position as an industry leader.
