I was hired to create the department and deliver tech from zero. I was lucky to find and hire a great team to help me create the department, and help the company grow from 11 to over 200 staff, and deliver events that included up to 500 people working on site (including volunteers) that delivered not only great sports but retail, hospitality and back office operations. My department was in charge of Infrastructure, Systems and Digital products. Delivery of the first LIV Golf season, including event network, IPTV, and back office across 8 events worldwide (UK, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, USA), and LIV Golf League 2023 in Australia, UK, Spain, Singapore, Mexico and USA. Partner management for event delivery as well as setup and management of USA and UK offices (London, UK, West Palm Beach, FL and New York, NY). Roll out and management of Enterprise systems (Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft 365, Sharepoint, Monday.com and others)Development of new Digital channels (new website in 2023, LIV Golf Fan App, as well as planning for the merge of OTT viewing app with Fan app for the 2024 season). Working with a great CMO, we had a vision to deliver a website and app that was not only informative but entertaining as well, and kept our fans engaged.

I led a program of improvement on asset production and customer experience, involving several sub-projects from moving Analogue to Digital Asset Management, Taxonomy, Recipe production database, streamlining the flow of business knowledge across group, integrating applications to avoid duplicate content and entries. I created the restaurant delivery program, improving their rollout strategy, maintenance and support. I led the implementation of G Suite for a user base of 1500 spread across 17 different group companies, managing the process end to end, from the concept, creating the implementation plan with a partner organisation to help us drive it forward, engagement piece, training, and post implementation, including backup and setting up the legal hold and discovery to comply with data protection and be able to respond effectively to SAR requests.I managed a support team servicing 17 group companies and diverse locations across the UK. I managed the group IT budget for all group companies.
