• Operate, inspect, and maintain equipment and systems at plant facilities which includes, but is not limited to: cryogenic plants, hydrocarbon fractionation units, process controls and measurement, LNG facilities, engines and compressors, pumps, pump stations, pressure relief systems, instrument air systems, dehydrators, fuel systems, treating, emergency shutdown systems, reciprocating compressors, gas fired heaters, process pumps, amine treating systems, inlet gas receivers and NGL storage and transfer facilities in a reliable and efficient manner while in compliance with the Partnership’s procedures and regulatory requirements• Seek to optimize processing through facility by maintaining proper product specifications• Respond to alarms and problems within the plant and takes corrective measures • Monitor and control pressures, temperatures, flow rates, and levels to efficiently achieve desired operating results and ensure proper operation of equipment under current process conditions such as Start/Stop/Rate adjustment of equipment • Maintain and adhere to required trainings, policies, and procedures• Actively participate in safety programs and initiatives• Communicate with partnership control centers, business groups, and other operating groups as necessary • Oversee the construction and/or maintenance activities performed by third parties• Perform lab tests for quality assurance, diagnose mechanical problems, complete minor repairs as needed, assist other technical staff and any other tasks as assigned or required• Monitor field compressor status, pressures and volumes through the use of SCADA• Perform energy isolation lockout/tagout procedures (LOTO)

• Operating and maintaining the Eagle Ford circulation system of High-Pressure Gas, Low-Pressure Gas, and liquids (Oil, Water, and NGLS) from the wellhead to the sales points, as well as the recirculation of gas back to the wellhead• Completing critical checks to minimize downtime events of off skid equipment (Separators, dehydration, H2S gas treatment, compression, chemical injection, storage systems, and gas & liquid measurement processes)• Acknowledging alarms and actioning to closure• Assisting in troubleshooting and resolution of operational issues• Entering hauling requests, work order creation, flare outage, compressor, dehydrator reports, defect elimination, GWR validations, PM-05 documentation & various personal and process safety reports• Working minor hands-on production equipment repairs to maintain safe operation• Operating a company-provided vehicle to perform job duties in a safe manner• Aligning with all safety, environmental, and company policies and procedures outlined in the ConocoPhillips Management System

* Responsible for petroleum product movements in and out of pipeline pump stations; uses tools and techniques to accurately assess, quantify and quality crude oil and/or refined products; and is responsible for storage of products, and custody transfer activities with connecting carriers and customers* Routinely inspects pumps and valves for proper operation.* Responsible for accurate quality and quantity measurement of crude oil according to Plains procedures and reporting of same.* Performs monthly DOT tankage inspections, fire extinguisher inspections, and maintains associated records.* Inspects perimeter fencing, locks, etc. to maintain proper facility, pipeline and ROW security and addresses and reports any infractions.* Inspects and assures that routine and DOT compliance maintenance is performed on ROW, equipment and valves.* Maintains communications with Pipeline Control Center.* Acts as witness to meter proving, crude oil shipment from lease to delivery point and run pipeline pigs as needed.* Perform other pipeline related tasks or projects as deemed necessary by Operations Supervisor.

*Types of well include flowing, beam pump (with electronic pump-off controller), plunger lift, water injection, and water disposal.*Types of facilities include production tank batteries, flowlines, LACT (lease automatic custody transfer) facilities, water injection plants, natural gas compression, cathodic protection, and metering devices (electronic gas measurement and others).*Job is to be performed employing safe work practices while utilizing acceptable environmental procedures to maximize earnings while minimizing costs on assigned oil and gas producing properties.*Daily monitoring of multiple well sites by vehicle.*Test, calibrate, and troubleshoot equipment and mechanical problems.*Perform mandatory paperwork required by the customer and regulatory agencies.*General housekeeping and field maintenance.

Operating & Maintaining oil and gas facilities for Conoco Phillips, start up and shutdown of equipment such as gas compressors, low pressure separators, fuel skids, slug catchers, liquid separators, ultra fabs, dehys, filter separators & line heaters. Rebuild pressure regulators and methanol pumps as needed. Make scheduled rounds to maintain proper fluid levels on all equipment and make small repairs as needed. Record data such as temperatures, pressures, and fluid levels on gas compressors. Performing LOTO to isolate energy for maintenance activities such as checking y-strainers, replacing valves and changing out seat and trims. Ability to read P&IDs and operate PSM facilities. Gauge/Thief tanks & pull bottoms as needed to get NGL ready for transport.

Pigging Conoco Phillips pipelines according to set schedules, bleeding down and draining of liquids in Argus Valves, following proper procedures and safety regulations. Attending weekly meetings. Troubleshooting problems on pipelines and Pigging Launchers/Receivers. Input information and pictures into computer after launch and receive of pig. Calculate production of well to estimate time of pig arrival. Training of new employees.

Conduct weekly safety meetings, maintain employee safety performance, perform quarterly inspections on safety equipment, monitor jobs on locations and ensure all paperwork including JSAs,Tailgate Meetings and Permits are completed and signed. Monitor air for possible present benzene, H2S & LELs and efficient oxygen levels. Take appropriate action per company policy for dangerous atmosphere levels.

Assessed Marathon Oil lines to be pigged and assist in writing pre-plans and contingency plans for pigging projects. Maintained schedule and proper order on piggable lines. Complete pigging reports and collect data after pig runs. Use word and excel to complete pigging reports and work orders. After contract ended moved to supervise two to four contract crews while installing insulation kits/cathodic protection on oil and gas pipeline risers and pigging traps on laterals and central facilities. Performed lock out tag out to work on live pipelines and bleed off pressures. Ordered vacuum trucks for fluid recovery and gave special instructions on work to be performed. Kept detailed records of complete and incomplete work as well as man hour reports. Submitted work orders and reports to upper management. Create weekly schedules on kits to be installed in Three South Texas Regions.
