This effort was made using C#, Visual Studio 2015, Web API RESTful service, ASP.NET MVC, AngularJS 1.4, Bootstrap, jQuery, Gulp, Node.js, .NET Core (CLR/CoreNet as DNX), and layered architecture.• Developed GEICO’s CLEAR Vehicle sub-system used by 100,000 commercial auto insurance policyholders. This effort was made using C#, Visual Studio 2015, Web API (RESTful service), ASP.NET MVC, AngularJS 1.4, Bootstrap, jQuery, Gulp, Node.js, .NET Core (CLR/CoreNet as DNX), and layered architecture.• Improved the usability and stability of the current commercial auto insurance application for the 100,000 commercial auto insurance policyholders by making improvements to the ASPNET Forms, C#, XSLT, Bootstrap, jQuery, Javascript, and SQL Server 2008 code-base.

• Collaborated with eight peers to deliver the management and tracking of hundreds of K9 resources through the successful improvement and migration of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) TSA CWS K9 project code-base from .NET Framework 3.5 and SQL SERVER 2005 to .NET Framework 4.0 and SQL Server 2008.• Designed, architected, coded, tested, and completed the Geo rendering support service for Wal-Mart’s Retail Link 2.0 Decision Support System (DSS). This effort was made using Visual Studio 2012, .NET Framework 4.5, C#, jQuery, and Web API (RESTful service).• Modernized HHS Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) grants award system used by thousands of users by redesigning, architecting, and coding the Award Nomination System (ANS) in ASP.NET 4.0, C# 4.0, NET Framework 4.0, Entity Framework 5.0, and Oracle 11g.• Designed and Coded the Revision Review sub-system that enabled the Department of Justice (DOJ) Claims Management System (CMS) of the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund (VCF) supporting hundreds of 911 victims to be able to upload extra documents (amendments and appeals). This effort was made using C# 3.5, ASP.NET, SQL Server 2008, jQuery, jQuery UI, Javascript, and Visual Studio 2008.• Enhance the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) ability to make decisions in hiring skills, tracks assessment performance, and determine bonuses for all 400+ full-time employee by making UI and business logic enhancement to the Strategic Work Planning (SWP), Performance Management Program (PMP) and Annual Pay Adjustment Calculator (APAC). This effort was done using TFS 2012 & 2013, Visual Studio 2012 & 2013, C# 4.0 & 4.5, and .NET Framework 4.0 & 4.5.

• Designed, architected, coded, and completed the US Treasury Department’s Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Template application for generating documents for users base on the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) standard letter templates. This effort was made using Visual Studio 2010, .NET Framework 4.0, C# 4.0, ASP.NET MVC 3 jQuery, Web API (RESTful service), and LINQ.• Made the US Treasury Department OFAC Administrative System for Investigations and Sanctions (OASIS) user-friendly by enhancing the UI, business logic, and database of the Correspondence module. This effort was made using .NET Framework 3.5, Visual Studio 2008, ASP.NET, Oracle 11g, and SQL Navigator 6.4.• Completed the enhancement of the US Treasury Department Automated Blocking and Reject Report System (ABARRS) allowing for 100% reporting for all rejected financial transactions. This effort was made using .NET Framework 3.5, Visual Studio 2008, C# 3.5, and ASP.NET.

• Delivered a prototype of the Manual Review application for AT&T and T-Mobile. This effort was made using ASP.NET 4.0, C# 4.0, Visual Studio 2010, and SQL Server 2008.• Hence Simplexity’s Partner Integration Manager(PIM) application for the client Allconnect. This effort was made using VB.NET and Visual Studio 2003.• Configured Simplexity’s OrderLoadII for Allconnect. This configuration involves writing SQL Server INSERT script for various tables and databases.• Delivered daily ‘spare backup’ of feeds from MDPA by enhancing PIM VB.NET code-base. MDPA is a third party client that offers device protection insurance and handle monthly billing.

• Devilered a final report identifying the number of projects, users, artifacts, complex source branches, and system architecture for the TFS 2005 environment by working closely with the customer HIMCO.• Wrote SQL Server 2008 script that backs up TFS 2010 project databases and generates an error log if the backup fails for a reason, including not enough disk space availability.• Delivered a TFS migration document outlining the step by step process involved in migratingTFS to TFS 2010 for 50 users.• Delivered a migration timeline document outlining the deliverables and approximately how long it will take for each deliverable to complete.• Migrated as opposed to an in-place upgrade from TFS 2005 to TFS 2010.

ConsultantDesigned, Developed, and coded the Promo Module of the WebMD Portal Website. The Promo Module is built on Microsoft open source DotNetNuke portal technology and ASP.NET Web Forms), and ASP.NET User Controls (*.ascx) and ASP.NET Custom Server Controls. Promo Module allows a developer to add image slides to a website, set transition time, in seconds, for each image appearance, add promotional links to a website, and validate all data entry made through the image editor. ASP.NET Required field validation, and Regular validation capabilities are used to validate data entry. JavaScript is used for client-side pop-up message and confirmation dialog boxes. C# is used for code-behind and server-side scripting. Like all of the WebMD Portal Website Project, Promo uses SQL server as the backend database, and CVS source control. SharePoint is used for storing all the project documentation in one common place for all the web developer working on the WebMD Portal project.

Designed, developed, and coded the Win Form ContactEditor for CSFB E-BLOTR extension of LoanIQ using C# and dot NET. CantactEditor creates, edit, and delete contacts in the ModifyContact object, and the DB2 back-end database. In addition, ContactEditor marks a contact as favorite using a check box and an icon. Completed bug fixes in the ModifyContact object, and create, edit and view store procedures in DB2 using Embarcadero Rapid SQL 7.0.1, and completed a report that runs overnight using C# and DB2.

Responsible for and completed the Win forms front-end GUIs for the Brass equity trading system on Windows 2000 platform using Microsoft C# and Microsoft Visual Studio .NET technologies. Designed, developed, and coded the Actions Setup Manager for the Order Browser screen, and the Expand Action and the Expand Form for any selected order. Converted C++ code to create and coded the C# Average Trades object for calculating the average trades, designed, developed, and coded the Average Trades Browser using a third party grid utility/object called XtraGrid. And finally, designed, developed, coded the Actions Setup Manager for the Average Trades Browser screen, and the Refresh action, for refreshing the Average Trades Browser directly from the Sybase back-end database. All coding is done using Microsoft C# and .NET technologies.

Designed and architect, developed, and coded the UTAH Version Store subsystem using UML Class Diagrams, SQL server database for storing HMI objects, and open source RCS Utilities called as processes from .NET/C# environment. Also designed and architect, developed, and coded the Text subsystem. The Text subsystem uses Win-Forms, Data Grid, and TreeView controls. The Data Grid displayed ten language columns per translation, and is bind to a Hashtable that binds to the SQL Server Transformer. The Transformer is a wrapper around SQL Server.
