Patrick A. Prior to his legal career, Rogers served as a Peace Corps volunteer in the Republic of Gabon (Central Africa) where he and a team of local workers built an elementary school near the famed Dr. Albert Schweitzer Hospital. He later worked on Capitol Hill as a legislative assistant to U.S. Senator John H. Chafee serving as the Senator’s principal aide on the Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs Committee.
