Provides HSE leadership, training and operational support to all levels of the organization and across all functional groups.Ensures all HSE processes and procedures are implemented and standardized Works closely with Engineering and Facilities on special projects involving Tank construction, project execution , and hazardous assessments

Support Total’s HSE Management team with planning , coordinating and implementing of HSE policies , guidelines and procedures to ensure that objective health,safety and environmental issues

a) Inspect and rectifying any unsafe conditions at the construction site.b) Correcting any unsafe practicesc) Checking of sub-contractors’ work to ensure compliance with the Act and the Regulations made there under are complied with.d) Liaise with contractor’s safety supervisors appointed with respect to safety of work undertaken by sub-contractors. etc

CONSTRUCTION OF PIPELINE FOR PUMA ENERGY/ UBI ( TAKORADI TO TAKORADI HARBOUR)

*Safety induction/orientation meetings for all new employees*Daily inspections on site and report submitted to the safety management.* Toolbox talks given to all work force/supervisor.*Implementation of HSE plan*Risk assessments/JSA on every work task.*Hazard identification process and control measurements.*Confined space entry*Excavation / trench safety.*Monthly inspection for lifting equipments and fire prevention. Approve work permits in process areas (including hot, confined space and radiography permits) after checking preparations and precautions (includes usage of gas detectors, etc)* Monitoring safety aspects during lifting operations, fabrication, painting and blasting activities.*Implementation of good housekeeping on site premises.*Implementation of waste management system on site.*Assist for pre-commissioning and commissioning activities .*Environmental and hygienic control.* Monitoring of noise and dust level
