As a Regional Sales Director, I was responsible for effectively managing a team of outside Sales Professionals in the telecommunications and marketing field; delivering custom presentations and closing sales opportunities for new business, while understanding the value proposition for the products and services as they apply to the prospect business needs. Consistently work an established Sales Team plan in order to maximize their potential. Also responsible for meeting and exceeding established sales goals each month and team performance objectives. To effectively listen to and support requests from the Sales Team and assist them to successfully close sales opportunities.
