Responsibilities• Maintain and repair manufacturing machines for products as follows :AM and PM planning (MS Excel),pumps maintenance, motors, conveyors (belt, screw bucket elevator and stainless steel type ), extrusion and intrusion systems of gum centre filling and gum sheet ,rollers , cooling tunnels for air conditioning of products at tempering.Utility Section• This consists of periodic checkups daily, weekly and monthly inspection: Cooling tower: do service of fins, basin and nozzles and replacing side nettings. Vapor absorption machine operations doing purging and flushing .In boiler and steam section doing service, we deal with steam valves. Dehumidifier and chillers services also being checked and services of heat exchangers.• Achievements1. Lubrication management (reduced cost of buying lubricants and improved maintenance usage of lubricants)2.
