Sales - Target Market - Short Run Magazine Market, Marketing Materials and Ancillary Print Products.

Directed sales, pricing and business development for the Banta/RRD Print Services Group. This Group managed ancillary web/sheetfed print products for the magazine platform. Oversaw account management, customer development, pricing negotiations, and order fulfillment. Had P&L and budget responsibilities for my group. Additional responsibilities included VAR selections, vendor purchases and approval of preferred outsources for the LP Magazine Plant.

Managed the transition from Desktop to Film and finally to CTP. One of the key decision makers within the Banta Magazine Platform on Digital specifications for equipment and workflow decisions for the CTP environment. Responsibilities included P&L and budget responsibilities, capital justifications, process improvement, employee development and training. Regularly made sales calls to existing and new customers to aid in the transition to CTP. Worked closely with Sales Management, Pricing and associated manufacturing departments on changes or improvements. Managed a workforce of 110 Employee's and guided the transition to a department of 35 employees’ with technology improvements.
