As a project manager for a small sized SSI, I organize and lead development projects from start to finish, assuming responsibility for all various phases, from the translation of user requirements into functional and technical specifications, to user acceptance and even to production.

As the SRC Master for the Industry BU, my primary role is to maintain consistency of all software registration tools, data, processes, infrastructures and provide support for all registration centers worldwide:- Uphold 5 teams providing software licensing and registration support to customers,- Manage software subscribers' update operations (10K active software subscription contracts),- Analyse registration CSAT survey results, propose and coordinate enhancement action plans,- Monitor data quality in CRM- Interface with Software Product Managers, Marketing, Technical Support and Country Service teams- Advocate new "one licensing" technology, provide support and organize training.

Preliminary analysis in preparation for the migration of the Weight and Balance Manual for the Airbus single aisle and long range aircraft series. Identifies key features to be addressed, estimates workload and cost, builds proof of concept.

The European Asset Management service faced major transformations and adapted to corporate outsourcing policy. While continuing to support the team and monitor data quality, I also handle all ad hoc requests outside perimeter, fully, until complete delivery of the requested service.- Adapt tools and processes to support global outsourcing strategy, - Integrate service providers, organize knowledge transfer to new teams,- Drive the implementation of the "WebStore v2" and "Self-Service Portal" web applications: from specifications to release into production and monitoring,- Consolidate EMEA LAN hardware inventory,- Coordinate with Connectivity team and validate Verizon's proposal for maintenance renewal,- Accountable for “good data” : monitors and improves the quality of the data used within the department (billing, ordering, IT inventory, leasing contracts, deliveries, hardware installations and returns),- Assist the program manager in all tasks related to governance of all internal and/or external provider,- Identify and treat third party applications failures,- Manages vendor’s catalogue, control prices based on contracts, - Configure and monitor the web ordering tools,- Verify and approve lease schedules (DELL/CIT) on a monthly basis, - Check lease extensions, buy-outs cost,- Prepare the quarterly billing backup and interface with Finance,

The European IT Asset Management service, already in charge of IT Hardware procurement, expanded its activities to Software procurement and mobile phone fleet management. While continuing to support all ordering and internal re-billing activity, I also expanded my role in the team, handling multiple projects and opportunity analysis.- Transform and optimize databases and business processes to cope with extended activities and manage new corporate vendors (Orange UK, BT, Xerox, Insight,...),- Participate in defining functional requirements for a web based ordering platform,- Develop tools and dashboards to monitor the activity of the department,- Installed Base and financial data focus,- Automate extraction, validation and data retrieval from heterogeneous data sources (LDAP, provider's reports, LANDesk, PeopleSoft...),- Analyse audits and inventories of IT software and hardware assets in EMEA,- Gap analysis, installed base reconciliation, risk assessments...,- Create and manage the department’s Intranet site.- Customer relationship, order tracking and real time vendor's performance KPIs.

The European IT Asset Management service is a self-funded service organization in charge of IT Hardware procurement for all business units in EMEA. My main role is to monitor BU order activity and vendor deliveries. - Smart capture of 6 months backlog of customer (BU) ordering activity,- Get billing data ready for Q4 (end of fiscal year) internal re-billing,- Design ETL to handle excel order templates,- Automate installed base data quality controls,- Maintain databases, software tools and documentation materials.
