Including interfacing with clients to resolve issues with deliverables as well as update them on manufacture recalls or updates on products. Provide Root Cause Analysis for internal Corrective actions and develop a plan to correct the problem and prevent future occurrences.Develop metrics to track errors during the manufacture process to ensure proper training occurs and to determine bottle necks in the process.
