With over eight years of experience in the nuclear industry, I am a senior leader in the development of the programs, processes, and people needed to operate and maintain the Kemmerer Power Station, the first-of-a-kind Natrium Demonstration Plant. I have a Master's degree in Engineering Management and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification, which enable me to apply data-driven and systematic approaches to optimize performance, quality, and efficiency.At TerraPower, I manage the budget, strategy, training, and staffing for the Kemmerer Power Station organization, as well as provide design input and coordination for operational considerations. I have also led the operations team on designing plant level operation and control strategies, developing novel methods for operating and maintaining a nuclear power plant, and creating programmatic controls for commissioning and the initial timeline.
