I have Worked within the Hospitality industry since I turned 18, I am very experienced driven and talented at what I do. I have successfully grown within the pub trade, learning more about the industry and myself, to the point where I have spent time managing a pub myself and am now an assistant manager at an amazing site with the ability to adapt and help other sites whenever it is required. I am very analytical of businesses I have worked in and like to find ways to improve them in any way I can; examples of this are The Two Brewers, which I helped build back into a successful business after it began to struggle, and The Royal Oak, which I currently work in and lots of ideas and projects to help the business flourish
