Current- Manage and process weekly payroll for 50+ hourly employees in Washington and Oregon.
- Conduct quarterly tax filings in Idaho, California, Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Hawaii, Oregon, and Arizona.
- Manage accounting functions, bookkeeping, A/P, A/R, banking transactions, budget preparation, and financial statements including quarterly financial analysis.
- Provide data and financial analysis to support business development and strategic planning initiatives.
- Administer monthly WA DOR sales tax filing, Federal 941’s, and L&I worker’s compensation.
- Manage new vendors, subcontractors, customer screenings, tax preparation, insurance, and collections.
