I am an Occupational Health Technician, whose job is to raise awareness of health and the lifestyle factors that can implicate health. Likewise, my job is to ensure that employees are mentally and physically fit to carry out work. I have an undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Sports and Exercise Science. My degree entails Biomechanics, Physiology, Nutrition, Strength and Conditioning, and Psychology. I developed a passion and a strong interest for Biomechanics, Physiology, and Psychology.
