1- In charge of whole R&D department, including R&D for knife, cookware, SEKA and other Tabletop products; and CNC & 3D printing workshop;2- Lead all Make & Buy projects and deliver them on time, quality and cost;3- Communicate and coordinate with suppliers and intenal related depatments, such as MKT, Purchasing, Quality, Production and service departments;4- Communicate with HQ R&D related departments and provide technical supports on global projects;5- Work with Quality department and keep improving production process in house and in suppliers.6- Keep supporting service departments and improving quality issues from the market;

1- Lead Projects & Processes Departement, and mainly responsible for ZWILLING Small Electric Kitchen Appliances projects;2- Coordinate with MKT/PUR/Quality departments and deliver products on time,cost and quality for domestic market;3- Communicate with HQ SEKA team and provide technical support to global SEKA project;4- Responsible for new SEKA lab construction, new test engineers recruitment and related test standards definition；5- Develop entire SEKA product line and launch them in global market successfully within defined timeline.

1-Lead Projects & Processes department, in charge of all sourced projects,especially for small electrical appliances;2-Optimize company internal project management processes and strengthen communication and coordinations between different departments;3-Strengthen communication and coordinations with all sourced suppliers and provide product technical and project management supports to suppliers;4-Responsible for technical and project communication with ZWILLING headquarter in Germany and provide technical support on oversea projects;5-Define all products technical specifications, master test plan, quality control plan and incoming inspection standards;6- Engaged in supplier audit and qualification process and provide support on supplier processes and quality improvement.

1-Coordinate all program team members and manage program progress, schedule and risk assessment as Program Manager, periodically reporting project progress to US Execution Leader;2- Responsible for communication with all sourced suppliers and provide technical support to ensure all meet GE standards as Design Manager, periodically reporting technical progress to Senior Consultant Engineer in Korea.

1- Lead all project team members in cross functional team, host project meeting periodically tracking project progress to ensure new product development under defined cost and quality standards;2- Engaged in appliances structures design and tooling development, communication with sub-tier supplier to resolve all technical issues.;3-Communication and coordination with related departments (Purchasing/Quality/production etc.) to ensure project running smoothly;4- Communication and coordination with marketing team in Korean headquarter to ensure right product specification fulfilled.
