Having spent nearly 10 years in the sports industry, I am extremely knowledgeable when it relates to customer service, customer management, and communication. I was a Customer Service Representative, League Convener, and Event Coordinator for Canlan Sportsplex, a multi-sport complex, which furthered my development of customer satisfaction and problem solving skills. Through this position I learned to be very self-driven and gained beneficial experience in multi-tasking situations.For 2 years I also worked for the Toronto Soccer Association as a Special Projects Coordinator. This job included formulating schedules, constant communication with associated clubs, and a supervisory role attending under 8 festivals to ensure efficiency at the event. I obtained my undergraduate degree in Business with a concentration in Sports Management from Wheeling Jesuit University in the United States, and currently I am working towards my masters degree in Sport Management at Coventry University in Coventry, England, the #1 ranked program of its kind in Europe. I am able to take initiate, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and hold a true passion for sports.
