• Draft, implement and maintain policies ad guidelines on Environment, Safety and Health• Prepare EHS training plan and in coordination with the Administration Department provide relevant training to staff• Carry out accident and incident investigation• Promote EHS plans and monitor, evaluate and report performance against plan• Maintain contacts with external parties regarding environment, Health and Safety, including government authorities, legislative bodies, local councils and industrial groups• Provide advice to management on EHS and plans in regards to Environment, Health and Safety; PPE usage• Identify possible causes of fire and supervises firemen to setup precautionary and preventive measures in all functions• To ensure that appropriate chemicals are applied to the effluent treatment facility (ETP)• To ensure the ETP that is yet to be constructed is operated according to the NEMA standards• Devices initiatives to sustain commitment to EHS and maintain momentum in awareness promotion• Maintain a service schedule for all equipment• Compile EHS data and report all reportable incidents to General Manager accurately and within specified time frame• Carry out additional related functions and or duties as may from time to time be assigned by the General Manager
