My career has been a mix of lateral and upward moves. I've spent most of it in business development, structured finance, syndications and credit but it has been very diverse geographically and intellectually.I have built keen interest in product development, design of strategies, deal execution, project planning and management. Over the years, I have learnt to analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies and problems, assess information gaps and create business solutions which impart positive changes on specifications at a technical level. I have the ability to guide some interesting initiatives participating in process efficiency initiatives, overseeing explosive growth in portfolios and the roll out of a number of new products and negotiating some real deals on behalf of the business is an experience.
