About Patrick Armstrong
Hi Everyone,My name is Patrick Armstrong, I am a current Masters in Social Work student at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. My professional background revolves around service, education and the law, particularly in an administrative capacity. My professional path is currently shaped by my desire to apply my professional skills, academic interests and ethical beliefs into a functional career that potentiates positive change in the lives of those in my community, wherever that may ultimately be. Though only at the outset of this journey, I know that I will be particularly attentive to the needs of rural populations, as this is where I am from, substance abuse recovery and working with children and families. As is evident in my experience history, I have taken some time to deliberate on my post-graduate path and it is this one which I am absolutely certain! Currently, I am taking some time to adjust to graduate school but will be seeking part-time employment in the coming months to support myself through this process. So, if you are a recruiter reading this or a prospective employer I have sent an application to months from now, thank you for your time!Patrick
