The CEAS (Construction Engineered Attachment Solutions) product division of Tomarco has developed and patented some of the most innovative products for the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing industries in the past 25 years. As Vice President I oversee the P&L, strategy, vision, new product development, marketing, approvals, and sales support while working closely with the ISAT Total Support division to align goals and resources with the primary focus of increasing operational efficiencies and driving revenue growth. While in this role, I have significantly automated manufacturing and increased productivity. Conceptualized, sourced, created, marketed and launched the most innovative cable support product line in the industry. Worked with our team to create custom software to automate both the costing and submittal process. As General Manager, I led the startup, visualization, and creation of CEAS. I developed relationships and worked alongside key customers, manufacturing consultants, structural engineers and international sources. I drove the creation and development of each aspect of the product line including product development, manufacturing, marketing, software creation, technical support, product approvals, and training.Enabling our customers to innovate and empowering them with the “pride of authorship” on every project is a key component to my success. This customer-centric approach has led to new product innovations and significant revenue growth since the inception of CEAS. As San Diego Branch Manager I led the startup of the newest Tomarco location. There, I managed the P&L, personnel, sales, and operations team and scaled the business to the top 3 within the first full year. In this role I successfully led the introduction of the ISAT seismic bracing product division to the San Diego market. Constantly recognized as one of the top ISAT sales people companywide throughout my tenure with a close rate of 88%. Educated engineering firms, building inspectors and contractors on the requirements for seismic bracing and structural supports.
