With six-person preconstruction team, handled the entire Greater LA project volume of AECOM Hunt, spanning sports and entertainment, pharmaceutical, aviation, residential, commercial, and hospitality construction. Sixteen projects completed during tenure, including SoFi Stadium, The Grand by Gehry, and Kurve on Wilshire.• Compiled material lists, cost estimates, and procured subcontractor partners in advance of construction• Solicited bids, evaluated offers, and procured subcontractor for the Performance Venue structural steel & miscellaneous/ornamental metals contract at SoFi Stadium• Successfully split time between projects while meeting challenging deadlines.• Built and maintained long-term relationships with key subcontractors and vendors.

• Drafted and managed budgets, schedule, contracts, and deliverables under Project Manager.• Completed studies, permits, reports, investigations of water and environmental issues in California and Mexico.• Assisted Structural Engineer of Record with drawings, specifications, design calculations, and advanced analysis of new and existing structural elements, buildings, and below grade structures.• As an Envision Sustainability Professional, guided engineering design to receive Envision Silver Award in sustainable infrastructure. At the time, this project was the second in Los Angeles to receive an Envision Award.

• Worked directly with city project manager, architect, and structural engineer to design building extension in accordance with California Building Code, ASCE 7-05, AISC 14th edition, and ACI 318-11.• Assisted field engineers with building and exterior wall inspections for compliance with construction documents. • Analyzed $9.3MM in change orders for completeness and consistency with City submittal requirements for historical government building retrofit.

• Conducted root cause failure analysis on commercial aircraft seat part under the guidance of manufacturing engineer. • Developed corrective action plan with manufacturing engineer, operations manager, and quality engineer. • Presented findings to the Director of Operations for approval to implement corrective action plan. • Corrective action plan was implemented in AutoCAD and failure was eliminated.
