Responsible to develop and execute on a Marketing & Sales strategy that supports the Specialty business (Sonneborn brand), strategic priorities and responsible for maximizing financial returns from the sale of specialty products into the EMEA and APAC region. Leading a team of approximately 20 employees in Sales, Marketing (Marketing, Product Line Management & Strategic Raw Material Procurement), Technology and New Business Development. We develop high value products and customer relationships and respond to customer needs via a mix of channels (distributors, direct sales and agents) into multiple targeted industry segments. In collaboration with other stakeholders, I develop and execute strategies and tactics for all product segments and sales channels; Control of exposure to both business and financial risks; Budget and P&L responsibility

Sonneborn is a HollyFrontier brand within the Lubricants and Specialty division. The Product Line Manager (PLM) is responsible for the development and execution of the product line growth strategy to drive top line revenue growth and overall margin expansion. Defines the value proposition, product differentiation and commercial development needs for each of the product lines. The PLM drives alignment within the key stakeholders to cover all relevant cross functional considerations to ensure they are addressed in the commercial development of new products and markets as well as the management of existing products. Coordinates the execution of the strategy internally and externally with team members and supports commercial endeavors on a day to day basis across all aspects of the product slate
