Managed and Directed a non-profit educational and training organization, Center for Strategic Analysis (CSA), supplying government and the private sector with travel advisories focusing mainly on safety issues. Having a keen interest in safety and foreign affairs I have used my Strategic Planning, Operations Management, Research skills, area knowledge, and subject matter expertise for intensive research to collect, review, interpret, and evaluate Public Safety, political, military data to carry out threat assessments, safety analysis, and security recommendations to assist clients in being prepared for all hazards, man-made or natural.Have identified trends and patterns of regional players, and their cultural idiosyncrasies for government, military, and civilians, in areas of political/military interest for the U.S.Developed a team of highly skilled speakers made up of experienced former intelligence/military professionals, and civilian Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), for presenting seminars on Public Safety, emergency preparedness, physical security, and terrorismManaged the dissemination of timely and meaningful region-specific information to members of CSA, and other interested parties through situational reports and analysis of daily/weekly open source documents. Assisted in contingency planning and table-top exercises for federal and civilian personnel at Nellis AFB, for TXARNG, as an instructor for the Navy on board the USS Sterrett, LVMPD, and DOEResearched, evaluated, and made several presentations on security, and Homeland Security topics for national and international response to emergency situations, recovery and mitigation procedures across the globe, using a multidisciplinary approach to research, present, and write in-depth analysis of regional trends.
