Current● Lead Wayfair's Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) team, owning the execution, strategy, tools, and processes to manage the delivery and reverse logistics of $12B+ in annual orders through a global network of 17 fulfillment centers and 40 delivery hubs-- 2024 network performance has reached an all time high of 98% on-time order fulfillment with 95% freight arrival SLA compliance● Transitioned the weekly S&OP process from manual, excel based reporting to a fully integrated 3rd party platform connecting labor, transportation, and storage needs across Wayfair’s 9 distinct business units-- Incorporated a business rule automation engine to resolve supply chain issues at the lowest cost while maintaining network performance-- Reduced annualized constraint issue resolution spend from ~$5M to <$500k● Managed the successful execution of Wayfair’s inaugural inventory transfer program, repositioning 1M+ products to unlock 2-day delivery coverage for 40% of all orders-- Project was completed on time and $6M under budget● Delivered Wayfair’s first ever activity based unit cost program which served as the backbone to drive cost reductions of 20% across fulfillment operations● Spearheaded the redesign and automation of the supply chain Weekly Business Review process, focusing on the high-impact elements of target setting and root cause analysis
