• Works closely with Solution Management, Product Management, Program Increments and stakeholders.• Ensures that Program priorities (Features or Enablers) are address while maintaining technical integrity.• Owns the Team Backlog which typically consists of Stories and any other work items for implementation.• Work with Product Management to understand the stack ranked Features and to define Acceptance Criteria for the Features.• Work with the team to define Stories and Acceptance Criteria (optional: can be elaborated just-in-time in Backlog Refinement or Sprint Planning meetings) • Provide clarifications to the Agile Team on requirements to enable them to estimate Stories (using story points)• Work with the Agile Team to sequence Stories in the PI across various Sprints (aka. Increments in SAFe)

• Develop code, scripts, extracts and other artifacts required to solve complex technical issues.• Diagnose, isolate and implement remedies for system failures caused by errors in software code• Utilize software-based system maintenance and tracking tools.• Document findings, including new defects in products and work with the production support team to create knowledge-based articles. • Communicate with Network Operations to identify and resolve software issues.• Assist Solution Manager with technical support during pre-sales customer or PS workshops.• Assist with quality and team adherence to Tools, Processes, and Procedures.
