Contributing to the success of an industry leading and growing Private Investigating company. Concentrated focuses with the hiring, training and managing of new employees. Developing new coverage areas and ensuring quality control is maintained. Marketing of new accounts. Working as Lead Field Investigator, personally conducting surveillance on a daily basis.

Instructed Marines and other Military entities in Mortar system employment. Trained over 400 personnel before combat deployments on advanced engagement techniques. Evaluated Marine Infantry units during training evolutions ensuring proper training and criteria were met for combat.

Coordinated with Department of State personnel on the 24 hour security operations at US Embassy's. Mentor and trainer of Marine Security Guards. Supervisor and trainer of a 5 man security team. Maintained the security of 100,000,000 of highly sensitive equipment. Managed semiannual inspections on collateral duties for proper classified material protection, destruction, marking and emergency response drills.

Responsible for a 12 man Infantry squad. Operated in three separate combat engagements Djbouti, Africa (2003) - Afghanistan (2003-2004) and Iraq (2004-2005). Coordinated missions and operations from Commanders. Patrolled hostile environments providing safety and security to local occupants.
