-Provide unsurpassed quality of work within Edmonton and the province of Alberta pertaining to new construction, renovation, restoration, repair/maintenance in residential and interior commercial.

-Promote the Belfor Restoration brand, identify and investigate new opportunities within the market place. -Coordinate and oversee the work of emergency crews and sub-trades. -Manage costs to establish project budgets and target profit margins. -Scope new projects to determine the extent of losses; produce fair and accurate estimates of work to be completed including pricing, budgets, profit margins, reports, specifications and invoicing. -Oversee project deliverables and monitor progress. -Develop and maintain strong relationships and act as prime liaison with policy holders, brokers and adjusters. -Monitor and anticipate competitor activities. -Proficient with company estimating program - Xactimate.

- Audit contractor costs for insurance related damages. - Estimate total replacement costs of residential/commercial properties.- Attend and appraise properties (assisted with the appraisals of homes after the2003 Okanagan fires).
