Develop a sustainable supply chain of high yielding cocoa and vanilla by setting strategies, manuals, policies and procedure : Highly efficient monitoring and collection system, allowing to trace the crops of each farmer from the farm to the buyer. Improved crop estimation system with average yield increases up to 15% in 2019.• Create the capacity to certify an increasing number of farmers and optimize the processes involved: Development of awareness and farmers training tools, which led to a massive adhesion s to the company's sustainability programs with a number of adherent farmers up to 16 to 27% depending on the sites with an incitant rate of integration of women around 10%.• Good interaction with partners in the implementation of joint projects such as the Fairtrade certification project with Tradin Organic partner, the partnership with WWF Goma in the bid of the USAID fund for the protection of biodiversity and the fight against deforestation around Virunga National Park and Mount Hoyo Natural Reserve. Successful signature in the partnership with NGO SYDIP as part of the capacities building of their staff on good agricultural practices in cocoa crop.• Assess staff performance, monitor their effectiveness in the field. Implementation of a weekly planning system to better control the completion of tasks. Establishment of a biannual staff performance evaluation system. 48 staff members assessed in the 1st semester of 2019 with a satisfaction of the staff about the evaluation method considered very objective and innovative.• Increasing the portfolio of products with a sustainable supply chain with the integration of Vanilla for Fairtrade certification and the cinchona for SEDEX accreditation. This has already allowed the signing of a contract for the sale of cinchona according to the standards of Ethics and Responsible.

• Provide support in the development and implementation of the Cocoa Productivity and Quality Program in Côte d’Ivoire;• Coordinate with program partners to ensure that all aspects of the CPQP program are deployed effectively and efficiently;• Conduct frequent visits to program locations, collect relevant data and provide field reports in French or English ;• Supervise Farmer Field School trainings to ensure they are adequately conducted by Lead Farmers, thus leading to a high adoption rate of participating farmers• Coordinate with Anader on program activities and ensure their role in Farmer Field School supervision, Fair Labor Association trainings, gender issues as well as inputs in agronomy/regeneration is appropriately conducted ;• Ensure establishment of demonstration plots which have a showcasing effect across the operational areas;• Supervise cocoa nursery development and maintenance as well as seedling distribution and replanting plans per cooperative• Organize and supervise the distribution of fertilizer to cooperatives;• Manage CPQP activities related to coop and farmer Capacity Building;• Manage the survey team responsible for surveying and GPS mapping for each farmer delivering under the Learn To Grow & Fairtrade USA programs;• Contribute to the Monitoring and Evaluation process of the program.
