After completing a two year graduate training course for a leading urban design consultancy in London I realised that whilst I liked my job I did not love it; so I moved into teaching and have not looked back since. Put simply, I am passionate about supporting our young people to develop the required knowledge, skills and character to make a positive impact on their own lives and wider society.My most recent role was as Assistant Principal leading on culture and ethos. Prior to that I have been a Curriculum Coordinator in an international setting and both a year group leader and Head of Geography in London schools. Since September 2021 I have been on a career-break which has involved travelling in Asia to spend time with family.
