The year and a half I was at amazon, I worked in both in-bound and out-bound departments. Reaching the position of process guide in both. Also becoming a senior TDR (Trailer Dock Release) associate. Both positions put me in a leadership role to newer associates. As process guide, I would help with whatever trouble associates had, whether be computers problems or needing supplies. Where in TDR I was put in charge of areas of the dock where I was to sort through product that had to be redirected to other Amazon facilities. Along with those responsibilities I trained new associates on TDR showing them the correct technical process of bringing in trailers with product on it and releasing trailers with or without product on it. In both positions new problems had every day. I was able to solve them on my own or in a group setting with teamwork with the area managers.

Although my official position was host, I acted more as an assistant manager. I was trained in every position at the restaurant. The General Manager had me go to stores to pick up supplies, along with going to the bank to give our deposits and get change. I stopped working full time in March of 2018, I stayed part time to help with caterings until the beginning of 2020. During my time there I was deeply involved with customer service, basic maintenance, handing money, and computer problems. My time here also helped me with my organization, and time management skills.
