As a part of the Metrics team, I work closely with senior management and key business operators to gather, analyze, interpret and disseminate quantitative and qualitative information. I bring statistical analysis and interpretation to various types of data related to the Quality Pillar, as well as all pillars of the organization (Quality, People, Growth, Finance) for decision support.

As a Marketing/Consulting Intern, I supported clients in lead development, database development and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) while also developing experience in domestic and international market research, project management, and customer care. I assisted in generating copywriting and creative ideas for websites, brochures, newsletters, eBlasts and other marketing materials. I maintained and increased clients’ website rankings through Site Engine Optimization (SEO) tactics in addition to performing business development for clientele in a variety of industries.

As a part of Inventors Digest, I worked directly with the Editor and Account Manager and I assisted major clients and aided in the development of their accounts. My position included researching various competitions and events; creating a master schedule of events for all subscribers and marketing the international publication to new prospects in order to increase the magazine's awareness.
