Engineer will be part of the Solution team who are responsible for maintaining customer service level agreements with respect company software product called iNSight.- PL/SQL Data analysis - Essential.- Client support both on site and remote, Taking a high level approach to both identifying, and permanently resolving recurring operational issues while maintaining excellent customer relationship and promoting a positive customer experience.- Diligently attend to customer queries logged through the 4C Group’s Service Desk platform.- User training on site.- Application support and system monitoring, Perform daily health checks to ensure application related issues are pro-actively identified and addressed.- Form part of the rotational standby team to attend to high priority (P1) issues after-hours.- Investigating and analysing user requirements.- Unix/Oracle System investigations and Escalating severe Database and Unix issues to the responsible team.- Custom report analysis and SQL Scripting.- Quality assurance and testing of systems.- Document and write training manuals for systems.- Project planning.- Training / development / mentoring of junior members of the team and such other tasks necessary for the conduct of the employer's business, as the employer may from time to time direct.- Research and Development and such other tasks necessary for the conduct of the employer's business, as the employer may from time to time direct.- Perform other related duties in advancement of the company best interest.
