In particular, we look to partner with clients looking to own or invest in hotels and resorts across the world, whether it be helping them to complete the initial transaction or supporting them post-completion, all the way through to a potential exit.Hotels are complex assets to own, with many drivers of value to consider:• Ownership structure and jurisdiction• Operating model• Brand• Management and incentivisation• Real estate• Capital StructureAt Moxa, we understand and appreciate all of these aspects, and can therefore offer clients a complete and holistic picture with regard to their potential investment. For current owners of hotels, we can suggest areas of potential improvement in any or all of these areas, whether it be a change of operator, alternative use of ancillary real estate or a refinancing.Moxa views itself as a natural extension of the client, and we view all assets and investments through the eyes of the owner.
