I am a dynamic, well versed, and proven Law Enforcement Professional, Leader, and Manager, with over 27 years of experience. My education, extensive experience, and standard of excellence combined with my passion for Law Enforcement makes me suitable for many positions. I possess the knowledge, talents and organizational skills desired by my present and prospective employers. As a First Responder, Investigator, Supervisor, and a Manger at the New York City Police Department, I exceeded my expectations. I have a craving for working in this field, with a burning desire for Investigations and Criminal Justice. Although I have worked many facets of Law Enforcement, my primary area of concentration was, and is investigations. I retired as the Commanding Officer of the Queens Special Victims Squad. As the Commanding Officer I supervised several Sergeants, numerous Detectives, and Civilians Employees. I maintained lines of communication with the Command Staff, prepared statistics, and identified patterns. I am a mentor, who is willing to learn, shows initiative, pays attention to details and motivates his peers and subordinates. I can supervise as well as conduct investigations, report and communicate complete and concise facts, ideas, and input. After retiring, I was hired by Iversen & Biondo Associates to head up, and manage the Nassau County, New York Department of Social Services Medicaid and Entitlement fraud where I was the Chief Investigator. Our mission was to identify fraud, waste and overpayment. We accomplished this by conducting undercover sting operations, investigations and data mining. I take pride in my work and my reputation and integrity are beyond approach. I would consider myself an asset to any employer and/or organizations. I moved to South West Florida in 2007, and was employed once again in the Law Enforcement Profession as a Florida State certified Law Enforcement Officer, where I am currently working for the Lee County Sheriff's Office.
