An Accountancy student with a strong work ethic and a passion for numbers seeking an internship for spring and summer 2025. I enjoy solving complex financial challenges and am eager to contribute to a team while learning from experienced professionals. Throughout my academic career I have set a strong foundation in accounting principles and procedures, taxation, financial reporting, and auditing. I have been able to hone my analytical and critical thinking skills through many challenging classes and group projects. Through group projects, I have gained valuable experience in collaborating with others, time management, organizational skills and meeting deadlines. I am proficient in Microsoft Office and with my strong background in computers I can learn new software applications quickly.As I begin my career in accounting, I am eager to continue learning and growing. Through my internships I hope to build upon my newly acquired skills, increasing my knowledge so that I can be an asset to the company I am with. In addition to learning through internships, I am planning to start my master’s in accountancy with Arizona State University in Fall 2025, as well as obtain both my CMA and CPA shortly after graduating with my masters. Throughout my career I feel it will be important to stay informed of new industry standards and developments by taking continuing education classes and seminars as well as obtaining any new professional certifications that may help enhance and improve my expertise.
