I design major teacher professional learning projects, apply for and manage government funding, design and manage research projects and write reports for publication. My major interest is in sharing information and knowledge through writing easy-to-read research which bridges academic reports and teacher pragmatism. My projects are based in Activity Theory, Elaboration Theory, and Actor-Network Theory as frameworks for defining units of analysis.Specialty: Identifying core issues from complex problems and proposing green-fields ways forward using Theory to define relationships and connections between key objects.I have experience in policy development at a system level in relation to managing teacher accreditation and development at a system level, designing and implementing program evaluations (developing scales for efficiency and effectiveness) using CIPP (Stufflebeam et al) and developing principal performance and development processes for ongoing principal support.I have provided 26 years system level education support at Leadership level for systems and schools with both the Queensland Government and Catholic Education in Parramatta in Sydney.I also have 15 years school teaching and leadership experience from the 80's and 90's across Kindergarten to University with two years in secondary schools in England and Jersey.
