At Barrett+Barrett architects we strive to provide imaginative designs for every client, based on their brief, budget and timescale. We try especially hard to unlock the hidden potential in all of our projects whilst finding the right balance between economic and quality architecture. Our design approach is contemporary and is always sensitive to the environment whereever it is, whether we're working with a green field site or adjacent to a historical building. We are very proud of our reputation for obtaining Planning Permission on difficult sites and for tricky situations - often succeeding where other practices have failed. A lot of our work involves seeking Planning Approval for Listed Buildings, new building and extensions in Conservation Areas and new developments within the Green Belt.
