Responsible for consolidating regional forecasts including MN/IA/MO operation team detailed forecasting. I was the main regional liaison to the Seattle HQ accounting team and created forecasting tools to be used with Adaptive Planning software for three year plans. Conducted monthly regional operations meetings to track performance to forecasts and determine risks to the plan. Conducted Cost and Constructability Risk Reviews to minimize project financial risk.
