• The Houston Head Office negotiated a result of 31% rent savings was realised that translated in over $40M cost avoidance.
• Provide premier customer service leading to comprehensive real estate strategies and execution that gives the client an advantage in today's business environment. This was achieved through centralising the Facilities.
• Responsible for structuring and negotiating creative real estate solutions for Spectra.
• Compiled strategic facilities plan over 64 office buildings in the Spectra portfolio that reduced the operating costs by $4M by consolidating the vendor base from over 700 vendors to a one managed vendor solution.
