For more than 15 years as the Vice President of Finance and Product Development at my previous company,Orr Auto Group and MOTiiV, I leveraged my expertise in finance, product development, sales, and training to create and deliver world-class products, services, and solutions that meet the diverse and evolving needs of our clients, along with hiring a winning team for success. Motivated by MOTiiV’s mission of collaboration and its culture of dedication and excellence, I brought diverse perspectives and specialized skills to various roles, with special attention to detail. My experience led me to markets across the country, tailoring the specific needs of each dealer to implement success.I have now joined Dealer General Warranty, whose parent company, CV Family, represents over 20 companies in all aspects of the Automotive Industry and beyond. In my current role, I work closely with our partners and shareholders to ensure quality, efficiency, and profitability while providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Additionally, I oversee the design and implementation of training curriculums and programs that enhance the skills and performance of our staff and clients.
