This project involved 150 associates over a period of five months.• Assisted in the creation of a program designed to identify and eliminate waste across the global Organization. By facilitating cross functional brain storming sessions, over 100 opportunities related to process improvement and reducing wasteful spend were identified and executed which resulted in $8MM of savings in FY 2019.
