Responsibilities included enrolling team members to the Change Management team, scheduling appropriate Change Management activities that coincided with the project timeline, creating tools that were used to executing each of the Change Management activities, and providing a bi-weekly read out to the Project Sponsor on the status of all Change Management milestones. This project involved 150 associates over a period of five months.• Assisted in the creation of a program designed to identify and eliminate waste across the global Organization. By facilitating cross functional brain storming sessions, over 100 opportunities related to process improvement and reducing wasteful spend were identified and executed which resulted in $8MM of savings in FY 2019.
