Patrick has recorded and performed alongside such renowned musicians as Dave Matthews, Steve Miller, The Chainsmokers, Jon Batiste, and Wynton Marsalis, and has performed at world-renowned venues such as The STAPLES Center, Madison Square Garden, and the legendary Apollo Theater. Patrick's television and other media appearances include Good Morning America (ABC), The Talk (CBS), The Late Show with Stephen Colbert (CBS), as well as being featured on the soundtrack to Cafe Society, a film by Woody Allen. Throughout his secondary and post-secondary educational years, he has been featured as a member of the Grammy Jazz Ensemble, Next Generation Jazz Orchestra, Vail Jazz Workshop All-Stars, and has received two Downbeat Student Awards in the Jazz Soloist category. Patrick also enjoys performing in a wide range of musical styles, including classical, Afro-Cuban, Japanese music, and various types of electronic music. Patrick strives to further his life-long study in the various ways melody and rhythm can affect and unite people in unique ways, which encourages him to plunge deep in to the plethora of multi-cultural music from around the world and let it affect him. In addition to building his career as a performer and composer, Patrick intends to pursue his passion for Japanese music and continue pushing his original music project, the "J-MUSIC Ensemble", which focuses on bringing new perspectives to modern Japanese pop, indie, and art music.
