Marine Veteran with almost 8 years of UAS and aviation experience. Served as a UAV Operator for 6 years in the United States Marine Corps, through my career I cultivated my skills operating an aircraft in different environments as well as over seas. I learned and became passionate about leadership, critical thinking and further developing my skills as an Instructor.After the Marine Corps I was given the opportunity to become an instructor at Camp Lejeune teaching SUAS. Here I learned how to use my skills and apply them to how to actually be a teacher. I had the privilege to instruct a wide variety of individuals from the Marine Corps and hone the different facets of instructing like leadership, knowledge, and the different ways to mentor people.Recently I had the pleasure of being a UAS Instructor at Shield AI. This position utilized everything I have learned throughout my career on a larger scale. I have had the opportunity to deploy with partner nations and instruct students on how to utilize a UAS in a tactical environment. The majority of my efforts are in instructing multiple classes a quarter either within the company or with different branches of the military. Currently, I am a forward deployed UAS Operator with Precision.
